Affiliate Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Sapient Affiliate Program. This policy outlines the terms, guidelines, and expectations for affiliates who promote Sapient products. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Sapient Peptides Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Program Overview

Sapient Peptides provides Affiliates with a unique referral link and coupon code to share with their audience. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases tracked through this link and/or code.

Affiliate commission rate varies on an affiliate by affiliate basis.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Affiliates must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid online presence and lawful promotional methods.
• Agree not to make any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims.
• Agree not to market products for human consumption or injectables.
• Comply with all local, state, federal, and platform regulations.

Sapient Peptides may approve or decline applications at its discretion.

3. Referral Tracking

• Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link along with a coupon code.
• Qualifying orders must be completed using the Affiliate’s link and/or code.
• Cookie Duration: 180 days (may vary depending on user browser settings).
• Sapient Peptides is not liable for lost tracking due to VPNs, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or technical failures.

4. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated on the order total minus tax, shipping, and processor fees.

5. Payout Terms

• Commissions are paid on approved, non-refunded orders.
• Returned, cancelled, chargeback, or fraudulent orders do not qualify.
• Payout Schedule: Paid on the 1st and 15th of the month once a minimum threshold of $100.00 is reached.
• Affiliates are responsible for all federal, state, and local tax reporting obligations (e.g., Form 1099).

6. Acceptable Marketing Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

• Claim products diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease or condition.
• Suggest peptides are safe, FDA-approved, or intended for human use.
• Share content depicting self-administration, injections, or dosing protocols.
• Use terms such as “miracle,” “guaranteed,” or specific medical benefit phrasing.
• Run paid search ads targeting “Sapient Peptides,” product names, or brand terms without written authorization.
• Use coupon sites, spam tactics, misleading redirects, or cookie stuffing.
• Modify, recreate, or misrepresent product labels or packaging.

Affiliates MAY:

• Share educational and research-focused content.
• Use brand-approved messaging and media assets.
• Promote discount codes ethically and transparently.

7. Brand Standards & Compliance

Affiliates agree to:

• Use only accurate, compliant language supplied or approved by Sapient Peptides.
• Remove any non-compliant posts upon request.
• Avoid implying that Sapient Peptides products are intended for personal use or clinical/medical practice.
• Mandatory Disclosure: Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using “#ad” or “#affiliate” or other means in posts).

Failure to follow compliance standards and disregard for warnings will result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Termination

Sapient Peptides may suspend or terminate an Affiliate at any time for:

• Disregarding warnings over infractions.
• Regulatory violations or misrepresentation/deceptive marketing.
• Encouraging human use, dosing, or self-administration.
• Violating health-advertising laws (FDA, FTC, and state-level consumer protection acts).
• Damaging brand reputation, fraud, or abuse of the Program.

Upon termination, Affiliates must cease use of all brand assets and links immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All Sapient Peptides trademarks, branding, product names, images, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of Sapient Peptides. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license solely for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. The Program does not establish employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationships. Affiliates may not present themselves as medical professionals representing Sapient Peptides.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sapient Peptides is not liable for:

• Loss of commissions due to tracking failures.
• Affiliate non-compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Liability arising from improper claims or illegal marketing practices.
• Income tax obligations, payment processing delays, or platform outages.

12. Amendments

Sapient Peptides may revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modifications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimers (Mandatory)

14.1 Research-Only Product Disclaimer

All Sapient Peptides products are strictly intended for laboratory research, in vitro testing, and academic purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical/clinical use, veterinary use, performance enhancement, or injection. Content must be accompanied by clauses stipulating as such.

14.2 No Medical Claims Disclaimer

Affiliates must not provide medical advice or claim any biological effect, health outcome, or therapeutic benefit. Reference to disease names or treatment outcomes is strictly prohibited under FDA regulations.

14.3 Regulatory Framework Awareness

Affiliates acknowledge that peptides are regulated substances. Content must remain compliant with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines regarding the marketing of research chemicals.

14.4 No Resale or Repackaging

Affiliates may not repackage, relabel, or alter products, nor may they sell or ship products directly to consumers as a third-party distributor.

By participating in the Sapient Peptides Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions, including the regulatory compliance requirements listed above.
