While customer satisfaction is paramount to us, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the products. Depending on the issue, however, replacements can be issued. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis when a replacement does not adequately resolve the issue.
If there is an issue with you order (wrong item, damaged delivery, etc), please document it and send it to us within 3 days of receipt. If approved, we will send you a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse requests for replacements if we feel our policies are being abused.

your name, order number, and the reason for the request along with documentation of the issue. We will review and determine if a replacement is warranted. If fault lies with us, we will cover the additional shipping charges to send the replacement.
